Biography
Ronny Vayda, born in 1954, in Medillin, Colombia, studied architecture throughout his academic career, and went on to teach Form and Architecture, eventually becoming a professor of Sculpture at the National University of Colombia.
Ronny Vayda’s body of work represents a collection of revelations he has uncovered throughout his lifelong investigation of physical matter and its interior metaphysical state. He approaches the material with mathematical precision, examining the fundamental aspects of its organic form and investigating the interaction of space, light, and time among dimensional parallels. Through abstraction and logical reasoning, Vayda’s structures serve as concrete evidence of the universe’s undeniable intelligent design.
For decades, Ronny Vayda has been recognized internationally as an award-winning Colombian abstract sculptor. His work has earned international acclaim throughout his career and has shown in numerous exhibitions across Europe and the Americas.
